Here’s Joe’s story:
Joe realized it was time to make a change to his lifestyle after he started working out with a friend. He quickly realized how out of shape he was. At the time, he was in his seventies and wanted to lose a few pounds. He also wanted to increase his flexibility and balance.
Now, Joe is 81 years old and has made health and exercise top priorities in his life. He says, “My training sessions support, encourage and motivate me to keep exercising and to be much more conscious of my physical health than I had been before training. I now devote time each day to exercising and am more aware of what I eat. I am able to keep my weight at a consistent level, am more active and am able sleep better.”
His trainer Maureen says: “Joe is not here to lose weight but to remain mobile and healthy. He is very dedicated to his fitness regime as he is here every week without fail – unless he is on holiday or there is a snow storm! He has a great attitude and is very determined! It is a pleasure to train this individual on his quest to maintain good health!
