Health and nutrition go hand in hand. At Refine, our various nutrition programs are all based around the fitness plans we discuss with you. From group nutrition sessions to one on one coaching to help you stay on track – we have a nutrition program just for you.

One on One Nutrition Coaching
Our highest level of commitment. Clients meet with one of our Nutrition Coaches once every 2 weeks. Every part of these sessions is tailored to the individual and their goals. At each meeting, you will set 1-2 goals and will be given material and/or strategies to help you stay on track. Your coach is available via email at any time for help and support. This program is for clients that are serious about long term results and not for those that are looking for quick-fix strategies … that never last.
Weekly Group Nutrition Sessions
Groups meet at specified times throughout the week. Times vary from location to location. Each meeting follows a specific structure that includes accountability (weigh ins and goal review), education (new topic each week) and support (from the coach and other members).
28 Day Challenges
These are group challenges that are run 3-4 times per year. Each Challenge gives you access to our small group training classes and full meals plans and nutritional support. All participants get before and after measurements and support from a dedicated coach throughout the challenge.
