I made this recipe over the weekend and my family could not get enough of it. Especially since I garnished it with strawberries that we picked ourselves out in the county!

1 (8-ounce) package fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 (6-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed (can also use pink lemonade or limeade)
1 (14-ounce) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
1 (8-ounce) tub fat-free nondairy whipped topping (cool whip)
Lemon zest and mint leaves
Strawberries for garnish

1. With an electric mixer at medium speed, beat the cream cheese and lemonade concentrate until smooth. Beat in the milk, then fold in the whipped topping. Divide the mixture among serving bowls or glasses. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Garnish with the lemon zest, mint and strawberries.

Here is my (almost) 5 year old nephew, Nicolas, helping with the strawberry picking.
