Here’s Laura’s story:
Laura spends most of her work day at a desk, working at a computer. She noticed a decrease in energy and had little motivation to be active. She knew that if she was not accountable to someone, she would not exercise. Her training sessions have increased her strength and stamina and her energy levels. She has lost 15 lbs, 12 inches and 6% body fat.
Her trainer Sarah says: “She says we make her laugh, but a lot of the time it’s the other way around. She has come such a long way. I remember our first assessment; she was ready to start exercising, but not ready to make nutritional changes. Now, Laura has made a huge lifestyle change with her nutrition and has the results to prove it. We are so proud of you!”
