Here’s Joni’s story:

Joni dedicates her success to Refine Fitness Studio: “The staff at Refine took time for me in their busy schedules to help me push for success. They have become a family that I have never had. Since joining Refine, Joni has lost a total of 60lbs, 20 inches and 12% body fat. She says that she is now more energetic than ever before and that her strength has tremendously increased.
