Congratulations to the Client of the Month for December: Michele Cooper.
Here’s Michele’s story:
As the saying goes, “you can’t keep doing the same ol’ thing and expect different results”. Michele wanted to shake things up. She enjoyed running and yoga, but she typically only practiced self-care in the summer because of her teaching career, “I wanted to implement daily choices in food and activity that helped me reach the goal of being the best version of myself.”
Today, Michele’s energy level is high, and her mind is clear. She is eating clean 90% of the time and feels amazing. She has had several changes in clothes sizes. The best part for her is the muscle definition in her arms, legs, shoulders, back and stomach, she says. She has lost a total of 23.2lbs, 6.7% body fat and 14.25 inches.
Michele dedicates her success to her trainers: “The personal trainers helped me maximize my workout in the gym. Their personalities are unique and their sessions are different but one thing is the same – when we are in a training session, they have my best interests in mind.”
Her trainer Jen says “I am so proud of Michele – she has literally worked her butt off! She is ALWAYS smiling and in good spirits despite a stressful teaching job. She has surpassed her original 17lbs weight loss goal and is working towards a bigger picture of overall health and wellness. She gets in here and gets the job done!”
