What goals did they reach?
Both Colleen and Anthony improved overall strength and conditioning. Colleen was able to knock 4 minutes off of her original fitness test time and Anthony knocked 1 minute off his original fitness test time.

What motivated Colleen and Anthony?
“Our work commitments were increasing and the days were becoming more stressful. We were finding it more and more difficult to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.’
What is their workout plan?
“We were also looking to supplement our running routine with weight training to increase core strength and avoid injuries. Setting up a training plan made us accountable to each other and to our trainers. Refine’s support plan helped us to establish a new
routine.”
“Our plan consists of two training sessions a week, which we have supplemented with spin classes and Andree and Sara’s “kick-butt” boot camps, as well as the occasional outdoor run and yoga class. “
What is their top accomplishment to date?
“Our top accomplishment is having a new fitness routine which we can enjoy regularly together. Having never participated in a weight training program in the past, we have both noticed a significant improvement in our overall strength and conditioning.”
