Here is a quick, easy, healthy recipe that’s packed with vitamins, minerals, healthy fats, and antioxidants. It makes a great snack and you can wow your friends with it at your next dinner party.

I like it best served with Romaine leaves but you could also use it as a dip for veggies or your favourite nacho chips.

Be warned, this recipe is packed with flavour so you don’t need to use too much. A little goes a long way.

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups raw walnuts
4 sun dried tomatoes, rehydrated
1 Tbsp of Tahini
1 Tbsp Chilli powder
1 tsp ground cumin
3/4 tsp ground coriander
Pinch cayenne

PREPARATION:
Process walnuts and sun dried tomatoes in a food processor until they reach the consistency of ground beef.  Add the rest of your ingredients and pulse until thoroughly combined. Serve on top of fresh organic romaine or a bed of organic greens and enjoy!
