Enjoy all the amenities Refine Fitness has to offer in a calming atmosphere evident the second you walk into the facility.

  • Come and go as you please, with no limit to access to the facility
  • We are not over-crowded, and you will rarely have to wait for equipment
  • Having the accountability of a personal training client by having a trainer assigned to you
  • No loud music, and minimal mirrors
  • Access to all the classes for the extra motivation from a fitness expert

WHY CHOOSE REFINE FITNESS?

We are confident that our unique approach will allow us to help people while still keeping them accountable to a program. If you are looking for a place to throw around some free weights & flex your muscles in the mirror we are not that place!

Most of our clientele are over 35 and enjoy the unique atmosphere we have created. If you find this appealing we would love to hear from you!

This is a special type of basic membership, unlike anything else in the area. It is important to know that we are not trying to compete with big gyms. We feel like there is a need for a more comprehensive gym membership and we have the opportunity to do something special. We do not want to be that gym that people join, make a monthly contribution to and never show up.

      • It is this trainer’s job to ensure you are taking full advantage of our studio and all programs. They will also be available for any minor programming questions or changes that you might have
